OUR MISSION
Silverbackz Athletics Association seeks to teach every student-athlete the discipline required to build Christian character, develop a sense of community, and to foster excellence in education, teamwork, and leadership through athletics and events. Brokenness exists in every area of life, including sport. We believe there is a remedy to the brokenness of the world in the gospel of Jesus. Athletes are hurting both personally and as part of sport-culture.
OUR FOCUS
We believe in winning on and off the court. SAA in snot just about gaining skills and abilities for worldly achievements but developing God-like character to become productive adults. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 says, "Therefore, we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.

The Silverbackz Sportz Circuit (SSC) is more than a tournament organization—it's a basketball exposure circuit built to connect talented athletes with college coaches and real recruiting opportunities.
SSC is committed to creating an elite event experience by partnering with colleges and universities to host tournaments, showcases, combines, and evaluation events on college campuses whenever possible. Our goal is to place athletes in an environment where they can compete, be evaluated, and gain meaningful exposure.
What Makes SSC Different?
College Coaches in Mind Every SSC event is designed to help athletes compete in front of college programs and showcase their abilities in a high-level environment.
College Campus Events Many SSC tournaments, showcases, and combines will be hosted on college campuses, allowing players to experience collegiate facilities while performing in front of recruiters and coaches.
College Recruiters at Every Event SSC plans to have college recruiters and recruiting services represented at every tournament and showcase, giving athletes additional opportunities to be seen and evaluated.
BallerCam & SBZ Broadcast Coverage Every major SSC event will be professionally covered through BallerCam and SBZ Broadcast, providing game film, live streaming, player highlights, interviews, and media coverage to help athletes gain additional exposure.
Elite Competition Players and teams will compete against top regional and national talent through competitive tournaments, showcases, combines, and special invitation-only events.

Our season begins when your high school games end in 2027. Our mission is to Prepare. Develop. Perform. CTA training sessions included + weight-lifting for all players. We will work with athletes to maximize their development and recruiting opportunities in a concentrated three-month window.

At Coach Thomas Academy (CTA), we focus on developing complete athletes through a high-level system that combines strength, speed, agility, and sport-specific skill work. Our program goes beyond the game by improving athletic performance through basketball-specific skill work, weight training, speed and agility development, and explosive acceleration.
