
The mission of CTA Basketball Strength (BS) is to develop disciplined, confident, and high-performing athletes by enhancing strength, speed, endurance, and overall basketball performance. From May through August, we are committed to pushing athletes beyond their limits—mentally and physically—while instilling a “God First” mindset, strong work ethic, and leadership both on and off the court.
Through structured training, accountability, and competitive intensity, CTA BS prepares athletes to become bigger, faster, stronger, and more resilient equipping them for success in basketball and in life.

Through intense weight training workouts, and competitive development, CTA BS prepares athletes to dominate in-season play and excel in life. High-level development program designed to transform athletes from May through September through a combination of weight training, agility work, and basketball skill development. This program is built to help athletes become stronger, faster, quicker, and more explosive while sharpening their overall game performance.
