Through repetition and consistency, the kids will learn how to play the game of basketball, properly shoot the ball, shoot a lay-up, pass, and dribble. At this age, they don't need many varieties. Keep things simple and repetitive, so they can build good habits. We believe in every one of our students and the potential they possess with hard work and dedication.
SST believes in skill training and strength training, which is a fundamental element for the physical conditioning of basketball players. Its purpose is to improve explosive power and acceleration/speed around the court and to Learn skills and basketball IQ of the game.
DNA is designed to not only maximize a player’s ability, but also teaches them how to perform above their athletic set against players that are much taller, longer and more athletic. The system focuses on teaching methods that are time consuming and not easy but will lead directly to game success. SST consistently use deliberate practice techniques with breakdown and checkpoints, which translate directly to players understanding how to hold themselves accountable in their workouts rather than relying on someone else to do so for them.
LEVEL UP is designed to take the elite and push towards college or professional play. The system focuses on teaching methods that are time consuming and not easy but will lead directly to game success. SST consistently use deliberate practice techniques with breakdown and checkpoints, which translate directly to players understanding how to hold themselves accountable in their workouts rather than relying on someone else to do so for them.
