This agreement is entered into between CTA Silverbackz Semi-Pro Basketball, under Silverbackz Athletics Association LLC, and the undersigned player. By signing this agreement, the player agrees to represent CTA Silverbackz with professionalism, discipline, and respect on and off the court.Proven results that speak for themselves.
