Michael Christian is a proven leader in the basketball community, currently serving as the Executive Director of the CTA Silverbackz Semi-Pro Team and Chief of the Board of Directors. With over 12 years of coaching experience at the AAU level and in adult league competition, Michael has built a reputation for excellence in player development, leadership, and program growth.
As the head coach of the Rokstarz Travel Team, Michael has led his teams to championship success, demonstrating his ability to develop winning systems while mentoring athletes to reach their full potential. His coaching style emphasizes discipline, accountability, and high-level basketball IQ.
In addition to coaching, Michael plays a major role in the basketball community as an SAA Tournament Director, organizing competitive events that provide exposure and opportunities for athletes across the region.

Quinton Donals is a dedicated and passionate basketball coach and trainer with over 5 years of experience coaching travel basketball. Known for his leadership, discipline, and player development approach, he has helped young athletes grow both on and off the court.
For the past 3 years, Quinton has served as a trainer with CTA (Coach Thomas Academy), where he specializes in skill development, conditioning, and game IQ. His training focuses on building complete players—improving fundamentals, confidence, and competitive mindset.
In addition to coaching, Quinton brings valuable playing experience, having competed in adult league basketball for 4 years in the SBL League. His firsthand knowledge of the game allows him to connect with players and teach at a high level.

Steph is a former overseas basketball player and a dominant high school standout known for his leadership, skill, and competitive drive. After building a strong reputation on the court and gaining professional experience overseas, he now serves as the General Manager of the CTA Silverbackz Semi-Pro Team. In his role, Steph is dedicated to helping talented players gain exposure and pursue their dream of playing basketball at the professional level while also serving as a mentor and role model for the next generation of athletes to pursue their dreams and goals.
He is a proven leader on and off the court, someone who is always trying to better others and himself.

Jarvis Williams is a point guard from Phenix City, AL.
He is known for his court vision, basketball IQ, and defensive awareness.
On and off the court he is a leader who excels at building chemistry between his teammates, coaches, and directors. Jarvis is also the Head Coach of the Tri-City Hurricanes AAU Basketball Team. Jarvis brings years of management experience and at his assistant GM role, we believe, he is on pace to change the culture.
He is dedicated to helping talented players gain exposure and pursue their dream of playing basketball at the professional level while also serving as a mentor and role model for the next generation of athletes to pursue their dreams and goals.
